by using KELO you agree to these terms. KELO is an accountability coach delivered over SMS. it is not a medical, mental health, or financial service, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

your account

you are responsible for the phone number tied to your account. keep it up to date. you must be 18 or older to use KELO.

SMS messaging program

KELO sends recurring automated SMS messages. Message types include verification codes, personalized accountability check-ins, goal reminders, progress updates, scheduled messages you request, and account or subscription messages.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity, schedules, goals, and settings.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time.
• Reply START to opt back in where supported.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@textkelo.com.
• Consent to marketing or promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.
• You are responsible for providing a phone number that you own or are authorized to use.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

subscriptions and billing

paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. you can cancel anytime, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. we do not provide pro rated refunds unless required by law.

acceptable use

do not use KELO for anything illegal, abusive, or that violates someone else's rights. we may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
